All vacuum cleaners, due to the size of the packages, are shipped with Standard UPS or Fedex Ground unless otherwise requested.

All small packages (under 5 lbs) such as bags, parts, and accessories are shipped by US Priority Mail and typically arrive in 7-10 business days. Please provide United States Postal Service friendly address for ship to. This may cause shipment to be delayed if not USPS friendly.

DELIVERY TIME
Vacuums are normally 5-7 business days for shipment via UPS or FEDEX Ground. For shipping times you can visit ups.com or fedex.com (for accessories see above)

SHIPPING TIME
Orders are ordinarily shipped out within 3 business days of being placed. Rebuilt vacuums and parts orders may take longer.

*Shipping and Handling is free within the continental U.S. unless otherwise stated (UPS GROUND, US Priority Mail, or FEDEX GROUND ONLY). Sorry, we do not ship vacuums to Hawaii or Alaska. There is no charge for sales tax if you live outside the state of Nebraska.

**UPS and Fedex do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO’s, or FPO’s. US Postal is required for those items. (We will not ship vacuums via US Mail).
